Judith Blum

I am primarily a cognitive behavioral therapist serving all age groups. My specializations include working with individuals and families during periods of transition. This includes changes in the work place or at home, aging and aging family members, the impact of grief and loss, learning how to effectively manage stress and developing coping skills for physical and emotional well-being.

I have extensive experience working with school children and their families, included blended families. As a former learning specialist, school and career counselor, I can assist children and adults in understanding issues related to the field of education and work. Additionally, I have specific training helping adults and children cope with anxiety, depression and ADD.

Tina Dolin, LCSW & Substance Abuse Professional (Davis)

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor. In addition to working with clients with substance abuse issues, I works with individuals, couples and families coping with depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, parenting and divorce issues.

 

Rory Osborne

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I earned my Ph.D. from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology at Palo Alto and my Masters Degree from University of Chicago. I have experiences working in inpatient settings, outpatient clinics, chemical dependency programs, emergency rooms, crisis, Red Cross National Disaster Response, and in private practice.

As a consultant to the California Deptartment of Mental Health I have provided assessment and coordination of state-wide county mental health programs. I also have special interests in job stress, crisis response, life issues, marital/partner relationships, and organizational and programmatic issues.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, who has worked in the helping profession for over 10 years. I have a strong background working with youth, families and transition aged adults and a multi-cultural perspective that allows me to work effectively with individuals from various ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds. I utilize a strength-based therapy and believe in assisting individuals to utilize their innate skill set to achieve success and happiness in their lives.

I gained experience working in the fields of education, public child welfare, and community-based services. I am currently a clinical social worker and therapist at EMQ Families First. I provide brief and interpersonal therapy with a focus on building consensus and constructing solutions.

Janet Perkins, MFT (Davis)

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than ten years of experience providing child, adolescent, and family therapy in Davis and Woodland schools, outpatient, and residential settings. I am currently a therapist and clinical coordinator at EMQ Families First. My work focuses on helping clients to increase personal fulfillment, as well as the quality of their family relationships.

 

Kevin Wheeler, LCSW (Davis)

I have practiced clinical social work since 1994. and have worked as a social worker since 1987 as a school counselor in a middle school, a home-based mental health service provider, and as a clinical director and therapist for a residential treatment program for latency age and adolescent boys and their families. I am currently a clinical social worker for UC Davis Medical Center and my emphasis is supporting families to create their own solutions and to realize their dreams.

 

Carol LaPerle, MFT (Davis)

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide variety of psychological, behavioral, academic and relational problems. I also hold board certification in art therapy and biofeedback and find these stragtegies to be extremely helpful as well as engaging for my clients.  In my Davis practice, I strive to create a safe, caring and supportive environment which fosters growth and change.
