Meet The Therapists At PRA
Psychological Resource Associates is located at 1627 Oak Ave, Suite A, in Davis, CA. The diverse staff of PRA consists of 12 independent, licensed mental health clinicians and the Intake Coordinator/Billing Manager provide quality EAP services to the Davis Joint Unified School District. PRA’s therapists have a wide range of educational and clinical experience and offer a variety of therapeutic services that ensure clients receive the care they need.

Dean Dickerson, Ph.D., B.C.E.T.S.
Dean is a licensed psychologist and a board-certified member of the American Academy of Experts in Trauma. He has an interest in emotional trauma, the treatment modality EMDR, substance abuse, relationship issues, and men’s development. He works with adults, adolescents, and couples. He also provides administration and consultation for Employee Assistance Programming for both public and private agencies.

Holly Bleasdale, LCSW
Holly is a licensed clinical social worker. She provides support, validation, and education to assist with the deconstruction of unhelpful patterns and reconstruction of habits that are grounding and empowering to manage life’s challenges, gain insight, understanding, compassion for self, and acceptance of change. She utilizes ACT, CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness strategies, and self-regulation to help individuals process anxiety, depression, loss, difficult relationships, and life’s transitions and challenges.

Judith Blum, MFT
Judith is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving individual adults and families. She has extensive experience in parenting and has specialized training in ADD-related issues, supporting individuals in transition, adult relationships, grief and loss, stress management, and coping skills for emotional well-being.

Michael Dickerson, Psy.D.
Michael is a licensed clinical psychologist. He utilizes evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy techniques while also using a narrative approach to therapy, viewing clients as the experts in their own lives.
Professional interests include anxiety-related issues, trauma, men’s issues, substance abuse and addiction, and suicide prevention. Michael is also the Early Career Chair for SVPA (Sacramento Valley Psychological Association).

Tina Dolin, LCSW
Tina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She is certified to provide alcohol and drug assessments under DOT guidelines. In addition to assisting clients with substance abuse issues, she works with individuals, couples, and families coping with depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, parenting, and divorce issues.

Teresa Hooker, Psy.D.
Teresa is a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for holistic wellness. She helps people rediscover their inherent wisdom, exercise their agency, and connect more deeply with themselves, and others. She works with adults facing burnout, life-stage, philosophical or spiritual crisis, trauma, substance abuse, loneliness, and grief and loss. Teresa appreciates diversity factors and the importance of individual and communal wellness.

Rosemary Miles, Ph.D., MFT
Rosemary is both a Licensed Psychologist and a Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been in private practice since 2002 offering services in the area of psychotherapy, community presentations, and therapist training. She is a certified EMDR Practitioner and Consultant and has over 20 years of experience providing EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety/mood disorders, grief and loss, and pain management issues. She is also a certified Emotion Focused Couple Therapist and can help couples create secure and fulfilling connections.

Janet Oleson, LCSW
Janet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides services for individuals, couples, and families coping with significant life stressors. Her experience includes work-related stress, family conflicts, grief, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse. She has special interests in a solution-oriented approach with an integration of the bio-psycho-spiritual-social aspects of change.

Lewis Oleson, LCSW
Lewis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a second Master’s Degree in Clinical Child Psychology. A former elementary school teacher, he has thirty-five years of experience working with children, families, couples, and adults. His professional interests focus on the impact of relationships and life events on our thoughts, behaviors, and moods. He uses cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches.

Rory Osborne, Ph.D.
Rory is a licensed clinical psychologist. He has a background in trauma and critical incident response on both an individual and organizational level. He currently provides individual, couples, and family therapy. Professional interests include life transitions, trauma, and organizational development.

Cathy Tran, ASW, MSW,
Therapist & Intake Coordinator/Billing Manager
Cathy has her Master’s Degree in Social Work and is currently completing hours for licensure as an LCSW. Cathy works with adolescents, adults, and couples. She has a special interest in trauma and has experience and training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and works from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective.
As the Intake Coordinator, she is the first point of contact for clients seeking EAP benefits. She provides personal assistance in identifying an appropriate therapist, matching the needs and availability of the staff. She is always open to assisting clients to ensure their experience at PRA is a positive one...

Felicia Vasquez, ASW,
MA . Social Work
Felicia is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who provides services for individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigating various life stressors. Her treatment experience includes trauma, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, grief, family conflicts, work-related stress, and life transitions. She utilizes a strengths-based and empowerment-focused approach with a special interest in supporting members of systematically disenfranchised groups such as the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

Kevin Wheeler, LCSW
Kevin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting families. In addition to private practice, he has also worked as a clinical social worker at UC Davis Medical Center. Before joining PRA, Kevin was a clinical director and therapist for a residential treatment program for latency-age and adolescent boys and their families. He has also worked as a middle school counselor and a home-based mental health service provider.
